My Elite $ spent bar

So since about January the bar that tracks the amount I've spent on My Best Buy has read $0. It left me a little worried but reading on the Forums showed that it was down for the new year reset. Today I logged into my acount and it has updated to show that $48 have been spent that qualify toward Elite status, but I've spent about $346 since 01/01. How can I get the bar updated to refelct my purcahses?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your spending bar! Having it stay updated is a great way to keep an eye on your spending for the year, so you know where you stand to requalify for Elite or Elite Plus the following year. 

With that said, I'm sorry to hear your purchases may not be reflecting on your spending bar as you anticipated. You should keep in mind that portions of purchases paid for by reward certificates or gift cards wouldn't count towards your spend amount.
