It seems that my account has been reset and that all of my points and order history is gone. I know I only have one account with Best Buy. I find it odd because I was an Elite Plus member with tons of spending and now I have 0 spending and 0 points. Anyone know why there is this problem?

I can understand how it might appear as there is some sort of error preventing you from accessing your account. Could it just be that you created a secondary account by accident? After a review of your account, I can see why you are having trouble and will be sending you a private message shortly to discuss the matter further. You can read private messages by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the little yellow envelope icon located at the very top of the page.
