Thank you for reaching back out to us regarding your My Best Buy tier status! Seeing your spending total not properly reflecting would be frustrating, especially if you have surpassed the required spending for Elite status.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to take a quick look at your account. It appears that some of your purchases pushing you over the required spend amount were on the account that was merged into this one only yesterday. Please allow the merge a few days to process and your account to update accordingly.
