A couple of months back I purchased a television which should have qualified me for Elite Status. I have received the rewards and the purchase shows on my account as well but my status was never updated.
I called customer support and was given a case number since they confirmed I should have the status but it's not updating and they gave me a case # but it's been days and I've seen nothing notifying me of what's happened.
I'm glad to provide case #, memberID, reference # for the purchase if that's needed.
