I have an issue with a My BBY Visa card promotion that I was hoping I could speak with one of the forum experts via PM?
I originally got resolution via the 800 number but then was subsequently denied via the email support system. I have not yet reached out to the Elite/Elite Plus hotline. I am Elite Plus.
The store is willing to offer a solution but it's cumbersome, so hopefully I can work out something easier for everyone?

I pulled up your case history using the email address that you registered with the forum and do see that you called into 1-888-BESTBUY a few days ago. Based on the notes, your request was ultimately denied by a back office supervisor after the phone agent dispatched your case.
