I've calculated my purchase history in 2017 and it adds up to more than 3500 dollars in 2017 calendar year.
However when I log into my memebership page, it shows that I am short of 3500 dollars to maintain my elite plus membership.
How is this possible?

There are less than four spending days left in the 2017, so I imagine there will be a lot of lost minute shopping. The spending total currently displayed when you login to BestBuy.com should be accurate. Please keep in mind that sales tax and any portion of a purchase that is paid for with a reward certificate or gift card is not included. Do you have any pending purchases? It can take up to 20 days for an eligible purchase to reflect within your spending total.
The only My Best Buy™ account that comes up when searching with the email address you registered with the forum has zero spending total, so you may have more than one account. Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will see what I can do to further assist.
