Elite returns

Hi,

 

I had purchased some big ticket items back in 2015 which I believe gave me elite membership status until Feb 2017. I purchased a product in early Feb. If I lose my elite membership at the end of Feb, do I still have 30 days to return the item I bought while I was an elite member? I tried looking in my account to see when my elite member ends and I cannot find it. I tried calling to ask but I kept waiting for over 30 minutes but no one ever answered.

Hi there kuraisen - 

This is a fantastic question, especially with the tier expiration just around the corner. Please know that your purchase should fall under the return period associated with your membership status at the time of purchase. If you were an Elite member when you made the purchase, the product should have 30 days, and 45 days for Elite Plus. 

As for your tier status, I was able to take a look at your membership using the details you registered with the forum. Currently it doesn't appear that you made enough purchases to requalify for Elite or Elite Plus last year, so I would anticipate your tier to be downgraded at the end of this month. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may cause.

Thanks for the quick response. It good to know that the return period will still qualify for the elite membership since that is what it was at the time of purchase. I'm just getting worried because there have been delays getting my price match purchase and it seems it will only be resolved in March.
