I got upgraded to Elite Plus this year, but I am not getting the 1.25 points per dollar spent. Can someone check to see why I am not getting the extra points?

Congratulations on reaching Elite Plus status! I'm sure you've been looking forwarding to reaping the rewards of this tier status and have been watching your membership for purchases to post with more points than you're used to.
Please know that when a purchase pushes you beyond the threshold of the next tier status, it may take up to 20 days to post to your My Best Buy membership and for your tier status to update. Until your tier status is updated, purchases would not receive the benefits of the new tier. I apologize if you were unaware of this.
Using the details you registered with the forum, it appears you haven't made any purchases since your membership was upgraded to Elite Plus status. Purchases going forward should receive the 1.25 points per $1 spent. If you should have any other questions, please let me know.
