Hello, I tried to use my expiring $30 certificate over the weekend while traveling.
I added this product:
The order went through, then was immediately canceled on your end seconds later. Now this item is in my cart, and I am unable to remove it or purchase it. I am not sure whether my $30 rewards certificate was also lost due to this issue.
I need help clearing my cart of any items and making sure I didn't lose my $30 please.

Upon reviewing your account using the details you registered with the forum, I see the points for your $30 certificate were returned to your account and a new certificate was issued.
