Did I reach Elite Plus status?

I don't know how to check! I think the status bar is gone. Can a mod help me out here please?

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

I would be checking my account too if there was a chance I could qualify for Elite Plus status.  Sadly, I have zero chance because I will never spend enough.  The spending bar is currently down while some year-end program maintenance is performed.  You shouldn't need the spending bar though to confirm if you reached Elite Plus status during the 2017 calendar year.  With totals being reset to $0 on Jan. 1, it wouldn't make a lot of difference either way.  Your current status should be displayed when you login to your My Best Buy™ account on BestBuy.com.  If you did spend the required $3,500 during the 2017 calendar year, then your status would have been upgraded to Elite Plus status within 20 days.

 

I pulled up your My Best Buy™ account using the email address that you registered with the forum and have confirmed that you did qualify for Elite Plus status during the 2017 calendar year.  It actually looks as if you qualified sometime back in June.  You should have that status until Feb. 2019.  If you have any other questions about your account or the My Best Buy™ program in general, then please do not hesitate to send me a private message and I will see what I can do to further assist.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
