Elite Plus free shipping no longer working

I am an Elite Plus member, and in the past I have had no issues with the free shipping benefit. However, for the past few days I can't seem to place an order with free shipping anymore.

 

Even if the product page says "Free Shipping", once I add it to the cart it shows $3.99 shipping and I am unable to select free shipping during checkout. Only faster/higher priced shipping options are available.

 

This is very frustrating given the amount of money I spend at Best Buy annually to earn Elite Plus status and free shipping.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for letting us know of your frustrations with the shipping issue. Not receiving the benefits you anticipate when trying to place an order with us would be undoubtedly aggravating. I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused you. 


As you may have read in my previous replies though, we have already made the appropriate teams aware so that we can work towards a resolution. I would encourage you all to keep an eye on this thread for updates from me, as well checking your accounts for any changes.

Can't Get Free Shipping

I have Elite Plus Reward Zone and always greet free shipping.  Lately, orders in cart are charging for shipping, including up until "place order" screen. 

 

I've tried signing in and out, emptying cart, refilling with items.  Nothing works.

I know you've all been anxiously awaiting a resolution for this shipping issue. I'm glad to say you should be seeing a fix roll out this afternoon. I would encourage you to keep an eye on your accounts for the shipping charges to reflect correctly.
