Certificates Not Available For Use

I began to have a problem about two months ago where the $50 in issued certificates that I had disappeared from from View All Rewards and on the payment page of the checkout process, even though Account Home indicated that I had certificates available.  I've spoken to Customer Support several times since then and provided them with a half dozen certificate numbers to use for research.  Since that first call in April, $30 of the certificates have expired.  Each call is more frustrating than the last one.  They've told me that the certificate numbers that I provided don't exist even though I took them directly from a screen shot of my available certificates that I saved back in December.  They've told me that all of the certificates issued before I began point banking are absorbed back into the point bank even though I had used quite a few of them on purchases made after I began point banking.  The really bizarre part of this is that I had the very same problem last year around the same time, which is why I began point banking in the first place.  I'm afraid to issue a certificate from my point bank because I have no idea if it will disappear into the ether the same as my other issued certificates.  I'm frustrated beyond reason with the lack of resolution to my problem.  Clearly there is something broken in my account, but nobody seems to care about fixing it.  I've been an Elite Plus member for several years and expect better customer service from Best Buy than I've been receiving.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your missing certificates! Having $50 in certificates disappear and $30 of those certificates expire would be incredibly frustrating. I'm sorry to hear we've been unable to assist despite your contacts to our phone support.

I hope this reaches you well! Please know that at this time you should be able to see your certificates on your end. With that said, I understand some of these expired while you were trying to sort this issue out. Please see that I am sending you a private message with further details.
