Account seems to have gotten wiped

I logged onto my bestbuy account and all of my order history, geek squad protections, gift certificates, and bestbuy elite plus membership were gone, I would like an explanation of whats going on and I am hoping that it can be fixed.

Welcome to the forum! Logging in to see much of your information missing would be incredibly discouraging and frustrating. I'm truly sorry for any confusion that this may have caused you. 

Using the details you shared, it looks like the My Best Buy membership associated with most of your purchases along with your tier status may actually belong to a family member. As such, the family member would need to log into their own BestBuy.com account to access those rewards and purchase history. The membership currently linked to your own account appears to be correctly under your name.
