I am having issues logging into my BestBuy account. After typing my email and password, I am prompted to verify my account by either email or through a text to my account recovery number. At this point I am stuck. I never receive an email nor do I receive a text. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer support and still the issue is not resolved. I was told they would escalate the issue and that I would receive a call within 48 hours. I never received a call.
This is very frustrating.
Has any esle experienced this problem? If so how did you resolve it.

I can imagine how frustrating it can be to be unable to access your online account. I personally use my account at least once a week as I shop at Best Buy often and I like to keep track of my purchases and points.
When issues of this nature arise it can generally be one of two things. A minor glitch with our website, those are generally resolved very soon after they arise. It could also be an issue with your account on our end. I will lean a bit more to the second option and request that you please PM me your member ID, email address, and phone number. I'll look into the account and see what I may be able to find and how I can best assist get you back online.
