As far as I can tell, your account is still very much active. All of the points you have banked are safe and sound. The reason why you are unable to see them when you login is because you apparently created a new account yesterday, which is now linked to your BestBuy.com account. I would strongly suggest that we look into merging your two accounts. Any active points or certificates in the secondary account would transfer over to the primary account following the merge. I should have no problem performing a merge if the accounts share the same information.
