I've noticed that 2 day shipping is usualy never available when I make purchases. I've randomly seen it appear for some of the products but when it does there is a charge associated with selecting the faster shipping option.
Is the free two day shipping unavailable during the holiday season? Or is this an issue with how many account is being flagged?

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order! While we have many items that qualify for free 2-day shipping, especially for our Elite Plus members, not all do. With that said, it would be incredibly disappointing to place an order for an item that you see listed as one of the qualifying items.
That said, I must note that as stated above there are items that may not be eligible or available for 2-day shipping. This can be related to the availability of the item, the buying volume, among other things. When shopping with us, the "Get it by" date should give you a fairly accurate representation of its shipping options. This may also vary during the holiday season.
I'd like to take a look at your order to see if any items you may have (or are planning to) bought aren't eligible. Please feel free to shoot me a PM, which can be done by clicking the blue banner in my signature below, with your Member ID and the order/invoice number and we will go from there!
