I have made 2 purchases within the last month and both putchasrs show in my account but it says I received 0 points for those transactions. I have tried the missing points option and it tells me those transactions have already been added to my account. Is it possible that because the cashier put my employee number in first before entering my phone number? Niether purchase got an employee discount due to the price being less than what I would have paid with the employee discount.

Hello once again truckdewdlarry,

 

If zero points have been awarded, then there is a good chance neither purchase qualified for points.  I looked over your account using the email address you registered with the forum and do see that two recent purchases were awarded zero points.  One of the purchases is still pending in your account.  As far as I can tell, the reason why zero points were awarded does have to do with your current employment at Best Buy.  I will be sending you a private message shortly to go over those details with you, which you can read by clicking on the little envelope at the top of the page.

I didn't get points cause the associate put in my employee number first so it over ruled any points I was supposed to vet. I also asked my supervisor at work the same question ans she gave the same answer that when I make a purchase that doesn't get an employee discount, then don't put my employee number in.
