I’m so sorry to hear we might have improperly installed your new washing machine, especially if we caused some severe water damage as a result! I can’t imagine that was what you were expecting to have happen when letting us in your home for service. While it can take some time to review an insurance claim, it definitely shouldn’t take four months for us to resolve your case, so I apologize if we’ve been less than helpful when you reached out to us for some updates.
