missing $50 gift card for delayed delivery

I called Best Buy # and after waiting forever and being transferred i was disconnected so I hope i can get this fixed here.  On 8/12/2017 i purchased a dryer and it was scheduled for delivery.  The delivery didnt occur and Best Buy delivery rescheduled it and said i would receive a $50 gift card in the mail with in 10 days.  I called now twice and still have not received a $50 gift card.  Order: # {removed per forum guidelines}

I am the orginal purchaser.  I can not reach anyone by calling.  They keep transfering me and disconnecting so that is why i am trying to get this resolved online since I dont have HOURS of time to sit on the phone and to be disconnected.  All i did i post the order #.  You can reach out to me via my email or even call me so this can be resolved.

The original purchaser is deemed the individual whose name is associated with the form of payment, and the billing information. Since the name you provided upon joining our community doesn’t match what the order shows we’d be unable to assist you further. poor excuse and failed to help.  have joint credit card so i am the purchaser.  What a waste of time.  Should have bought from applicance from Lowes.
