i recently bought a new dishwasher and had it installed for free but did not agree to pay $14.99 for haul away since the reason for me buying a new one was to give the used dishwasher which was in great condition to a family member. Unfortunately i was on vacation when the delivery and install occured. My elderly mother was here to accept delivery and she feels as though they took advantage of her and took it with them since it was in good working condition. Are they allowed to take an appliance without the $14.99 fee being checked off?

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m very sorry to hear that your dishwasher was taken away when you didn’t want it to. If you didn’t ask us to remove the appliance I don’t believe that we should have.
I’d like to take a closer look in to this for you to see if I can find any answers. Using the information in your post, however, I wasn’t able to locate your order in our systems so I’ll need a bit more information from you to do so. What I’ll need from you is your order number, if the order was placed online, or the customer service PIN from the bottom of your purchase receipt.
Because we respect your privacy, we don’t want those details posted in this thread. Instead, I’d appreciate it if you could send me a private message by using the link in my signature below this price.
I look forward to hearing back from you with this information so I can investigate this for you.
