complaint about installation of dishwasher that never occurred!

My dishwasher that I bought from BestBuy was supposed to be installed today. It was not due to a system error according to BestBuy. Now the installers cannot come out until Friday. This is unacceptable. I stayed home today from work to wait for the installers. I am having a dinner party tomorrow night. My installation should be put to the top of the list and installed tomorrow the lastest. Please help me resolve this issue. I am very frustrated and would expect more from a top retailer like BestBuy.

I am extremely sorry to hear that you have had to deal with this issue regarding the installation of your dishwasher. I understand how frustrating this is plus the inconvenience this is causing you especially with the dinner party that you have coming up, not to mention the time that you have spent waiting for the installation of the dishwasher. I am not sure who you spoke with at Best Buy but I would suggest giving a call to Best Buy/Geek Squad Appliance Services at 1-800-433-5778 to see if there is anything that those agents can do to help you out, they work closely with other departments as well that might be able to assist in resolving this issue. Also there should be either a Best Buy Social Media Specialist or a Best Buy Moderator that will be posting an official response shortly, they will be able to provide you with options to help in the resolution of the issue that you are dealing with. Again I am truly sorry to hear about your experience.

Hi ElyseFamilant,

 

I'm sure this was very upsetting to find out your dishwasher would not be installed after taking the day off work, and I am honestly sorry this was your experience with us. I'm not entirely sure why this installation could not happen on 3/7/2017, but I do show it is now scheduled for Friday 3/10/2017. We would not cancel other customer's appointments to accommodate other customers whose prior installation had to be rescheduled. Is there anything specific you need me to work towards?

I looked at your work order today, and have confirmed the installation was completed this last Friday 3/10/2017.
