I have contacted Bestbuys insurance Sedgwick company and have not heard back from them to hear about my claim. I bought a washer and dryer machine from best buy. I paid for them to install the washer machine and it was installed incorrectly. This lead to damage to my home and I cannot get any word back from my claim.
