I bought a $2,500 75" tv almost 3 weeks ago. Geek squad did not show up or call. we called and they rescheduled. they did not show up again. when we called the store they cancelled the order and re did it and rescheduled delivery. we were not prioritized or given anything for the 8 hours we sat around or the frustration we were caused. When I called the store and the main number all I got was put on hold and transferred around. There is no one to talk to that is willing to help. your customer service experience is terrible.

Purchasing a new TV is very exciting! It’s disheartening to hear you’ve been having issues with your delivery for your 75”TV, and it may be causing some frustration. I apologize for any frustration your missed deliveries may have caused you.
