Worse experience ever!

We bought a stove, tv, dvd player and refrigerator. When delivery people came 12/26/16 i told them they had to go around back to bring it in and it fit. Guy told me he did this for a living and he could bring it in the front door. Well they broke my storm door, damaged my walls, 2 entrances into my kitchen, my kitchen floor moving my existing refrigerator. I called and filed a complaint. Was told a month ago the minimal amount i turned in was being paid to me but still nothing. When 2nd delivery guys came they easily got it in. But of course it has a ding from first guys and having to be brought back and forth twice. Second delivery guy blew my phone up and showed up at my house because he was blamed for the damages which he didn't do. But that should have never happened either.

This has been the worst experience ever after a lot of money was spent and now no one will return my call or email.

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! It’s my sincere wish that you would’ve located our community under different circumstances. I apologize for any damage that may have occurred when you had a couple of appliances delivered in December.

 

Have you filed a claim with Sedgwick Claim Management Services regarding this matter? I’m sorry if you have, and you’re still in limbo with this matter. I’d be happy to request a follow-up for you. Sedgwick is Best Buy’s insurance for these types of manners. They’d be able to provide you an impartial signal point of contact to help you through all the paperwork, and plus give you any updates that are needed on your claim.
