Where are my appliances?

We placed an order in November before Thanksgiving for an entire set of new kitchen appliances---stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

We have been given 6 different install dates.  The fridge was installed.  My contractor picked up the microwave and installed it.   Every install was a no show.

Finally, at the advice of installer and local Winston Salem and Morehead City employee as well as customer service in Orlando, we cancelled the order for stove and dishwasher and re-ordered, hoping to change something computer wise.

The istallation date was today.  We paid the contractor to be at the site all day.  NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO EMAIL!!!

We should have moved in by Feb 15th.

Also, NO apologies.

I want my stove and dishwasher NOW.  SCREW your bad installers, I will find my own installations.

I want a Major Discount for pain and suffering and hundreds of hours on the phone trying to straighten this CLUSTER out.  I will be on all major social media letting others know about my Best Buy experience meanwhile.

My appliances were originally sold to me by Britany in the Winston Salem store in November.  She handled the cancel and repurchase while assisting another employeee with their order problem.  NEVER apologized.  Morehead offered a 10% discount only on the stove.  The price had already dropped MORE than that!!
