Washer/Dryer delivery

I am scheduled to have a washer and dryer delivered tomorrow. My cell phone number was provided to get calls or text messages about my delivery. Today my cell phone was broken and at this time I am unable to get any messages concerning the delivery. Will this cause a problem?

Hello ConnieSchroeder,

 

I understand how concerning that it is that your cell phone broke especially with it being the number on the order for the delivery techinicians to call. I do have good news for you however, the delivery teams will still attempt to make the delivery even if you are unable to answer the phone. Typically the phone numbers are used for an automated call the night before the scheduled delivery date as a reminder for you that we will be coming out and the time frame for the delivery, and then again on the day of the delivery our teams give a courtesy call about 30 min prior to their arrival to let you know they are on their way. Either way though, whether the phone calls are answered or not the teams still will come to the home and attempt to make the delivery. With that said I hope you enjoy your new washer and dryer, we do greatly appreciate your business.
