Waiting All Morning For Appliances to Never Show

I ordered a washer and dryer online, July 2 . I was give a July 22 delivery day. I called best buy geek squad to see if there were any cancellations so I could move up my delivery day. I made arrangements for July 12 from 8-12. I waiting all morning and no one showed up. I called geek squad at 11:48 MST to see what was going on. The operator first said there were no arrangements made but when I dug further, he admitted to seeing arrangements made on the system. He then went on to say the appliances would not be at the warehouse until July 18. I became frustrated and wanted to file a complaint. He said I was to file my complaint with him and continuously cut me off. I asked to speak with someone else, he said he was unable to allow that. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. I called back and spoke another operator she directed me to the forum.
