Welcome to our community, though I wish it were under less frustrating circumstances. I can only imagine how unhappy I would be to have my own property damaged! I apologize for your having to cope with such a situation.
More details about your experience would be helpful. Were you able to confirm that an insurance claim had been filed on your behalf? What is the nature of the damage? What service was being performed where the damage was created? Have you been contacted by anyone regarding your claim since you published your message?
