On 1/6/2018 we purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy in Menominee Falls, WI. Total was over $1000. We set up delivery for today, 1/12/2018 between 8am and noon. At 8:15am I got a call stating that the warehouse didn’t put the dishwasher on the truck, so they need to reschedule. I took the day off work for this! I can’t take another day off! So we schedule for NEXT Saturday because they were unable to schedule it for tomorrow. I called back to ask if it could be delivered Monday because my husband is off. I called 3 Times, got 3 different people, all going to check to see “what they could do” and call me back. It’s now almost 6pm and no one called back.
i am really unhappy. I have been a GREAT Best Buy customer for 26 years, I just spent over $1000 and Best Buy didn’t put my appliance on the truck and there is NOTHING anyone can do? Are you kidding me?
So I’m going to sleep on this and will likely go back there tomorrow and cancel the order and get my dishwasher elsewhere.
i just wanted someone to DO something to accommodate THEIR mistake. Pull a string. Call in a favor. DO SOMETHING to keep a customer.
