Telephone Communication/ Delivery and Installation

I am an Elite member of BB, but we would never buy major appliances at any Best Buy again. We purchased 4 major kitchen appliances at the San Rafael, California store. Once the purchases were made, we found it near impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer questions. Incredibly time consuming and frustrating. Even worse, they contract out for delivery and installation. Despite promises by BB of delivery times of 8-12, we received calls the nights before the days of delivery changing the time to 12-4. When we called the delivery/ installation company (who delivers for both BB and Home Depot) they told us BB would tell us anything to make a sale and BB had no control over their delivery times. They also told us that they are required to do 18 delivery and installs per day which is near impossible. So deliveries and installs are done in a very rushed and unprofessional manner.
The amount of time we have wasted sitting around for the 2 scheduled deliveries was unacceptable. Not only that, the people delivering the refrigerator didn't level it, requiring a call back (more time wasted), the people installing the dishwasher didn't have the required parts (another delay), and the microwave didn't work at all after installation. Now we need a new microwave and another delivery appointment. Very, very disappointed. And many days of our precious time wasted. No way of doing business...

Another day of waiting. Replacement microwave supposed to be delivered/ installed between 8am and 12pm. Its 3:30 pm and no call, no show and we can't find out where they are....will never use BB again. What a frustrating joke.

The story gets better if that's possible. After sitting around waiting for delivery all day to no avail, we find out from the BB salesman at 4pm that our unit was never picked up at the warehouse and is not on the truck. And not a call from anyone on the delivery side about that. No idea how or when we'll get the unit now.. .would love a call from BB corporate office...expecting some sort of compensation for this joke. We've wasted 2 full days for obligations that have not been met by BB.
