I recently purchased a refridgorator from Best Buy; upon installation, they destroyed my living room ceiling fan. A claim was started 2 weeks ago, I called my local store a week ago and they gave me the agent and supervisor's phone numbers. I have tried reaching out to both in the past week, and have left a voice mail everyother day for the past week and still no response. Can I please have someone call me in regards to my claim? I haven't even been able to get a claim number! This is absolutely rediculous!!

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! It’s discouraging to hear that your phone calls may not have been returned, and your ceiling fan may have damaged. I apologize that you’ve looking for an update to your claim, but haven’t had much luck.
I’d be happy to see how I may be able to escalate your information to our partners at Sedgwick for a follow-up. Do you by chance what your claim manager’s name is? Can you please send me that plus the best phone to reach to at by private message to me?
