What horrible experience !!!!
I purchased a washer and dryer online with installation and haul away services. The whole process is very very painful and could worth a whole column to New York Times or Wall Street Journal. Anyway, took 3 times finally got in my unit. The dryer got a big scratch on outside. I checked inside the machine, it is being used with a bunch of dryer sheets left inside the machine ! I'm spending the money and time not for a used machine.
Anyone able to help me to file a formal compalin?
