Ref Best Buy Order - {removed per forum guidelines}

Hello, 

 

Placed order for 

Samsung - ShowCase 27.8 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Refrigerator - Black stainless steel

 

on Jan 09,2018. 

 

The sales representative Humprey {removed per forum guidelines} and his manager informed that the doors on the refrigerator will be replaced and they have placed an backorder with Samsung. 

 

I have been following for almost 6-7 weeks . On Feb 23, Humprey {removed per forum guidelines} called and informed that the doors have arrived and I should recieve the refrigerator on Sat - Feb 24. 

 

Scheduled delivery email was sent to me but on Sat Feb 24, got a call in the morning from the delivery person - Daryl that the wrong doors have been ordered and they will not be delivering the refrigerator. 

 

Since Sat Feb 24, I have been following up with Humprey {removed per forum guidelines} and he informed that the person who has placed back order will be in office on Tue - Feb 27 and he will let me know the ETA for the doors. 

 

I again called on Tue - Feb 27 and Humprey {removed per forum guidelines} informed that the person is not in and he will ensure that he will keep a message for that person to call me and inform the ETA. 

 

I did not recieve any call from anyone . I again called today - Wed - Feb 28 , Humprey {removed per forum guidelines} was not available. Spoke with some other person and he said he does not have any ETA for me on the doors. 

 

This is ridiculous service and did not expect this kind of service from Best Buy. It seems no one in the store has any clue about when the issue will be fixed and product will be delivered. 

 

I am thoroughly upset over this entire issue and request help from Best Buy to fix the issue and deliver the product.

I took a peek into your order using the details you shared upon posting to our community. It appears that your order hasn’t been scheduled yet for delivery. I’ve reached out to your local Best Buy to request a follow up on your behalf. I understand it can be frustrating that your doors are in, but you haven’t gotten an appointment set up yet. I’d be happy to follow up with you once I hear back from your local Best Buy.

Thank you so much for your patience on this matter. Your local Best Buy was able to get back to me, and they shared that the new doors for your refrigerator haven’t arrived yet. I’m sorry if you were advised incorrectly. The leadership team of your local Best Buy is aware of your concerns, and will happily give you a call once they’re in to schedule delivery of the whole unit. They also shared they be delighted to deliver your refrigerator with the damaged doors, and then come back out again once the new doors arrive.

I have been requesting for an ETA for the delivery of the doors, I have not recieved any feedback and the same information is being shared everytime that the delivery of the doors is awaited. This has been going on for 7+ weeks now. 

 

I am sure backorder of doors with Samsung will have some ETA and the only expectation is Best Buy should communicate the date for delivery and not kjeep the customers hanging with no information. This is bad customer service. 

 

Requesting help to get an ETA for the delivery of the doors and delivery of the unit.

Thank you so much for clarifying your concerns, and your request at this time. I’ve asked your local Best Buy's leadership team for a ball park date of when Samsung believes they can deliver the doors. Please note I’ve asked for someone at your local Best Buy to follow up with you on a regular basis so you’re not hunting down answers or updates moving forward. I'd be happy to share any details, or updates that are provided to me with you.

Thank you so much for your patience on this matter!  Your local Best Buy’s leadership team shared with me that they’ve not been provided an ETA for the new doors from Samsung yet. They also agreed to regularly follow up with you even it’s to share that no updates are available so you're not feeling out of the loop during this process. Thanks for the update. Just fyi, I have not recieved any call from the local Best Buy team yet to inform me of any status. 

 

Sincerely hope as you state, they will call and keep communicating the status.

Hello 1 week has passed - there has been no call or information on the order update from the local best buy. Request you to please follow up and see if they have any update.
