Thanks for reaching out on the Best Buy forum! Having the correct Certificate of Insurance (COI) for a delivery or installation when it is required by a landlord or community is super important so I see why you would be anxious to get that taken care of. In your post you said that your service was scheduled for Monday. I’m sorry for any inconvenience the delay in my reply may have caused. We’re working diligently to catch up still from the holiday rush.
I’m sorry to hear that you had a difficult time when you called in. Typically, agents at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) should be able to put in a request for a COI for customers. Using your forum registration information I was not able to find your account to see if your delivery or installation was taken care of on Monday. If you rescheduled your delivery or installation due to not having the COI, I would be happy to see what I can do about your COI request.
