While my situation was not as seroius zs yours it was to me. I had a xasher deliverd/insyalled on 3/8/17. It has bern an ongoing circus trying to resolve the ossue of leaking, My experience with Geek Squad (except for 2 times) has been a nightmare! I will also be contacting them to file a claim as my laundry room floor has been damaged by the leak. In all fairness I have to say my refrigerator, dryer, tv and sound bar installs went great. I have made over 25 calls about this washer and still it was not resolved; today thanks to this forum I was able to speak with someone who made an appointment for today to hopefully finally resolve this issue. I really think the people who answer these calls are not well trained znd inless you hit it lucky znd get someone with a few brain cells working it is an exercise in futility! Pretty bad odds with over 25 calls and only 2 yeilded any results! I want to cancel these protection plans which we have on 5 different items and it is the 5 year plan but my husband doesn't!
