Hello, I have run into the same issue, Katie from Sedgwick called me over a week ago. I have made countless attempts to reach her on the number she left on my voicemail. The Best buy car stereo tech caused several hundred dollars in damage to my truck, and I would really appricate this claim being delt with in a professional manner. I left a message on Monday with Kevin at the best but Fort Collins on Monday and he has not returned my call. Where do I go from here?

Yikes! I’m so sorry to hear things didn’t go smoothly during your recent installation service with our Geek Squad team. While I bought my car used, it’s in relatively nice condition, and I can’t say I’d be too happy if it was damaged after turning it in for an installation service. If something should happen though, filing a claim is the right way to go about things, so I’m not sure why your Sedgwick claims adjuster wouldn’t be returning your calls. I’d be happy to reach out to Katie on your behalf to let her know you’re looking for some updates.
