the same thing happend to us. The delivery was on June 2, 2017 and the guys damaged my floor. SEDWICK supposedly filed a claim and sent the same delivery company to assess the damages. The delivery company obviously denied that they damaged my floor. The damage was under our old refrigerator when they moved it. It was not noticeable because it was under the appliance. It's very upsetting that the same delivery company can assess and deny claims rather than a neutral company. Now I have damaged floors in front of my stove which causes me to trip. What is the process when denied and how can we appeal this matter?

As you are aware, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. is the company that handles these types of claims for us. If you are not satisfied with the results of your claim what you’ll want to do is give them a call at 1-800-620-7409 to see if they are able to provide you with any alternate options, such as having a different party come out to take a look at your floors.
If they are unable to help please reach out to me via a private message, using the link in my signature below. Please let me know what Sedgwick told you over the phone, and provide me with your claim number, as well as the original order number from when you made your purchase and the best phone number to contact you. Once I have that information I’ll be happy to see if we have any options to help you out.
