Poor delivery service

I’m angry. I bought a fridge that had quick delivery date. Day before the delivery I was sent a message that the item wasn’t available and that I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled disgruntled since I needed the fridge ASAP. We were supposed to get item between 8-12 today. I got an email it would be 10:45. We waited, nothing happened. I called at 12:45 and was told the delivery person called my number but I never received a call. I have a picture of my call log that supports it. Also, I don’t have any phone messages to suggest the call went straight to voicemail. I am very displeased with this type of service. I am happy to provide names of personnel involved.
