We shouldn’t be telling our customers anything but the truth when it comes to their deliveries, and I’m sorry to hear that you were told incorrect information when you called in to check on your order. Our employee's should be doing their best to provide you with the most up to date information and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention here on the Best Buy forums!
With that said, I’m so thankful to see that you had the opportunity to pick up this item yourself the following day. The moderators on this forum do work out of the Corporate Headquarters in Richfield, MN.
