Order Delay Same Story with Bosch orders through Best Buy

I ordered a Bosch 800 Series SHEM78WH5N Dishwasher on 2/15 using my Best Buy Credit Card.  I was originally told this item was backordered but scheduled to be delivered 3/15, that is 30 days.  Now I get a call that it is further delayed and "may" be in by April 1 so another delivery is scheduled for then.  At this time we are talking 6 weeks later for delivery, that is not satisfactory.  Why advertise/sell an item you don't have?

I called Bosch, they can have the dishwasher delivered to my home in literally 2 days, they say its readily available in local warehouses.  What is the problem with Best Buy?  I am not the only person complaining about this issue with appliances/delviery time/delays on this forum.

Meanwhile I'm making payments on an item I don't even have.  No offer of compensation, discount for the continued delays.  No I don't want another brand of dishwasher, I want the one I ordered. As a Best Buy Customer and Credit Card holder this is unacceptable and disappointing.

I have never ordered appliances through Best Buy . I have ordered through Sears (1 week turn around) and HHGREGG (2 day turn around).  

Something about this appliance process, delivery/installation has to be changed to prevent this frustration from customers.

Upon review of the appliance you purchased, I see that the dishwasher is listed on as a specialty order item. While we do have it available for sale, we would have to specially order it through the manufacturer or through one of our trusted vendor partners, so it may take longer to arrive than most items. It’s understandable why you’d be frustrated though if your delivery date was pushed back another 2 weeks without advanced warning. I’d be happy to offer my assistance to see if we can give you some concrete answers as to what’s going on.
