Not sure what to do

*Last week i ordered a labor day special washer and dryer to be delivered yesterday, 6 SEP 17 between 4 and 8pm. I took off work so i could be there when it was delivered. At 5:30pm, i got a text notification saying my delivery would be there between 4 and 8 (kind of an annoying time window, but whatever). 8 oclock rolls around and the delivery driver is still not there! Okay, stuff happens lets find out why. I had a buddy with me to help so he decided to call the store and after 15 minutes of on hold music he gave up and said to just try them tommorow. A little annoyed that i took off work for no reason but again, whatever! So today while im working my S/O calls and they explain that their driver "Kyle" ran into issues and should have called us the night before. they said they would have him give us a call by 430pm to explain what is going on. Well, 430 rolls around and guess what! No call! My S/O gives them a call back and asks to speak to a manager. They say sure, transfer her, and whoever was on the line just hangs up. She calls them back again and they say the person who was helping us is not there and they will try to get ahold of them to call us back. Yea right! So i went on and looked up their customer service number. The first guy that helps me is really awesome and says he will transfer me to an escalation person. He also explained that they couldnt do a refund because it was "in transit" or something. I don't even want a refund as a first choice because i specifically bought a washer and dryer for labor day because of the sales and now all the sales have ended and i seriously can't afford a full price washer and dryer which is why i waited until labor day. Regret going through best buy now! Anyways, i get put on with the escalation lady and she basically said she couldnt help me and i would have to contact the store directly. THAT IS WHY I AM CALLING YOU!!! THE STORE IS NO HELP! She said she could send them an email asking why it has not been delivered but that was it.....what?!?! So i'm obviously raged right now and have no idea what to do. My S/O ended up calling the store again (Harrisburg PA) and they put her on with the manager who put her on the phone with dispatch who said that the driver had someone quit and he went home for the day. They gave her an EMAIL and said he might answer that. So basically, the store can't help me, corporate cant help me, and i DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. Ugh i was so excited to be able to have my own washer and dryer and this is getting me so worked up. Who else can i contact?They have my money and i have no washer and dryer. Thank you for taking the time to read this, i apologize if it comes off rude i'm just really frustrated.
