Does anyone ever responsd, or the admins just move posts? Here is my chat transcript from my 4th attempt to find out where my washing amchine is. It said that if I do not get it by the 30th, to contact Best Buy to get a discount. How do I do that?

I'm almost happy that a mod deleted half of the posts in this thread because it means someone read it. Mods, ate there ever any solutions ever posted, or is this just a pave you created for customers to sound off to each other about the identical problems we are all having with both delivery and communication with Best Buy? Why did you delete the posts here about attempts and different methods to get a hold of anyone at Best Buy? Is that not what this forum is for? If we can't talk about the problems we're having, if we can't talk about how weer are trying to solve the problem, and if no one ever responds, why even have this place?

Thanks for getting back to me in January for the washer I ordered in November. And thank you for letting me know that my concerns are of great importance to Best Buy.
Was your understanding of my post that my biggest concern was that I would never get my washing machine, and that by delivering it eventually resolves all of my concerns? I was always pretty sure that Best Buy would eventually deliver my washing machine and not abscond with my $500. That was never my concern. My concern was how I was treated along the way from November through January with rudeness of customer service reps, lack of communication, and the time and money I had to waste arranging to be home for two missed delivery windows. So, thank you for eventually delivering my washing machine on the third scheduled attempt, two weeks after the original delivery date, but that did not resolve my concerns or make me want to come back as a customer for any of my Christmas shopping or 2017 shopping.

It's now been over a month since my last question to you. Do you have an update on why you thought my only concern was whether I was going to eventually receive my washing machine, or any other information to resolve the issue of Best Buy's horrible customer service?

Going through my old emails I noticed I never got an update here. It's easy to sort my Best Buy emails now that it's been 5 months since I've had any emails thanking me for a purchase. Such incredible disrespect at every stage of this purchase.

25 other posts on the first page of the forum right now that have been addressed by mods since I made my last post. Am I to assume that no one has any answer, or that just no one wants to answer?
