Need help canceling order after delivery failure

In the past I had a good experience ordering a washing machine from Best Buy so when my refrigerator died I decided to use Best Buy again. After spending hours on the website and measuring my space I chose a fridge and scheduled the delivery. They arrived at the expected time and after a little while they told me they could not get the refrigerator up the stairs. I could not confirm this by measuring the stairs area but since they have more experience than me and I needed the fridge as soon as possible I went ahead and made another order. Now I find that I cannot find a way to cancel the original order. I cannot find any helpful information on the website either.

Thanks for joining us here on the forum.  It's refreshing to hear you've had positive experiences with us in the past, but I'm disappointed to read your most recent delivery appointment didn't quite go as expected.  While I'm happy you ultimately were able to order a second fridge, I'm sure you're ready to get your money back for the first appliance that was never installed.  I would be glad to offer my assistance here.
