Need Certificate of Insurance!! Please help!

I need help with my certificate of insurance for my delivery on 2/28/18, called a couple times but haven't receive the COI yet. Please help! Thanks!

It's always nice to heave the peace of mind that your installation and delivery will be covered by insurance in the event that something happens. I'm sorry that you haven't been able to get this from our other customer service agents. I am happy to give you a hand with this.

Email twice, but still response, the delivery is from today 12pm to 4pm. Not sure what to do. best buy still has not responded to the Certificate of insurance request.

I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to receive this certificate of insurance yet. As I mentioned we are not able to provide this form here at our Forum because a custom one is required. I will reach out to Geek Squad Agent that can have this generated for you and reiterate that this form is required immediately.

Fridge doesn't fit exchange or possible return

Thanks for helping. I got the COI on the same time as the delivery person came. 

 

I have a question about exchange the fridge. So it happens to be the fridge is maybe a quarter inches taller than what was posted on the description. I would like to know, how much do I have to pay to exchange the fridge for a different brand and model. I also would like to know, how much it will cost to return the fridge? In addition to the question, how would it proceed if I like go with either one?

Hello Wvivianyao-

 

I'm sorry to hear that the refrigerator your purchase is a little too large. I know I've bought things before that were just a little larger than I estimated. I'm happy to provide some more information on how to exchange this. Since you purchased this on BestBuy.com you have a couple different options to get this exchanged. 

 

You can give us a call at 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) and we can help you schedule a pickup and delivery of a new refrigerator. You can also visit your local Best Buy store location and they can help you get this scheduled. We only charge a restocking fee for returning a built-in refrigerator so you shouldn't run in to any extra fees unless the new refrigerator is more expensive.

How is the restock fee calculated? or is it a flat fee?
