Welcome to our forum, and I am sorry if no one is getting back to you on this refund request. I do see that Justin from my team replied to the email you sent to facebook@bestbuy.com, and advised you that this order is not in your name; I show he advised you that you would need to have the purchaser to reach out to us on this. I would suggest you have the purchaser either email Justin at facebook@bestbuy.com or post here to our forum.
