LG WASHER

I purchased an open box LG washer with free delivery and installation and 5-year warranty from BestBuy store in Elyria, OH on 05/25/2018. They scheduled an appointment to deliver and install on May 31st, 2018. The washer was delivered but was not installed because of the missing parts. I called BestBuy on June 1st and I was told that they have to order parts and it will be June 12th before they come and install the washer. I can not use the washer and it is a need for a family of 4 with 2 kids. I went to BestBuy store in Avon, OH and they told me they can not help me and I have to go to Elyria, OH store where i purchased. I talked to David at appliance section of BestBuy. He told me he can not help me. I believe BestBuy has inspect the product before they sell it. I am unsatisfied customer without working washer at home for 12 days.

Purchasing open-box products can be wonderful in terms of having the opportunity to purchase great products at a lower cost. That being said, I’m glad that you’ve been able to find an open-box washing machine that worked for your needs. While I can understand how frustrating it could be to need an additional appointment to complete the installation of that washer, I’ll be happy to take a look at your order and options in more detail.
