Keep rescheduling delivery but never came

We ordered an open-box washer and its corresponding new dryer a month ago. We found the delivery address was set to our billing address and changed it before scheduled delivery date May 21th. The dryer was fine but the open-box washer was not working and they took it back. We came back to bestbuy on May 26th and exchanged a new one and rescheduled a new delivery date on May 31th. On that day, it turns out the agent had put the wrong delivery address AGAIN. And they delivered to SF instead east bay. They rescheduled our delivery time to June 4th. Then one hour before the scheduled delivery time, they called us and said the washer was not shipped back to the store and they can not do the delivery today. Again, they rescheduled to June 6th 8am. Today, 7am we received a call AGAIN to reschedule the delivery time to two days later on June 8th for the same reason. Here is my question, is there only one washer in your store? That you have to wait the SAME washer to be back to be delivered? Even if the answer is yes to the above question, is it really need that many days for the washer to ship back from SF to east bay? It seems to me no one has do anything for my order and all you can say is "I am so sorry, but I can not do anything about it" from your customers service. Is there really no one has the right to do anything about it and I have to keep holding and wasting our time to arrange people waiting at home for your rescheduling date for no reason? Honestly, we are so disappointed about the delivery service and if no one can do anything about it then we have to find another way for someone who can.

Getting new appliances can be expensive, and choosing an open-box unit can be better for your budget. Thank you for choosing Best Buy for your washer, and dryer purchase. It’s disappointing to hear that your original open-box washer needed be replaced since it wasn’t working, and you’re having a tough time getting the new one. Still didn't get my washer today. It was scheduled 12-4pm and now it's already 4pm. Omg, what can I say.. so terrible delivery services.. how can a large company like Bestbuy has this kind of services. We bought a washer for a month and still didn't receive it.
