Yesterday we had all new appliances delivered and installed. Today we noticed some severe scratches on tile that we just had installed the week before, major gouges and scratches that trail directly to the appliances that can only be repaired by being replaced, and we have pretty durable tile. How do I file a claim? Thanks.

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m so sorry that your new tile was damaged. I recently redid my bathroom so I know what a pain that can be.
Any damage claims related to an in-home delivery should be directed to Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. They can be reached by phone at 1-855-832-1338 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Central time. Sedgwick should be able to gather all of your information and get the claims process started for you.
