I orderd a Fridgedaire refrigerator on April 11th. I was given a delivery date of 4/20 between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. On April 19th I received a phone call from Best Buy confirming the delivery date of 4/20 and that we were the last delivery for this day and would be here at noon.
I waited until 2:00 pm ...still no delivery. So I called the 800 number at which time I was infomed by a recording that the delivery would need to be rescheduled and would not be available until May 11th.
How in the world can you conduct business like this???? You set up the delivery date at the time I purchased the item. How can you do that if the item was on back order???? And why the phone call yesterday confirming the delivery???
Sounds to me that one hand does not know what the other is doing.
I WILL NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH BEST BUY AND WILL TELL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CO-WORKERS ABOUT YOUR INCOMPETENCE !!!!

Update.....Best Buy could not make good on the scheduled new delivery date of May 11th. What a joke. I ended up cancelling the order and buying from Lowes.
It really baffles me how they can give you a delivery date and time and a pre-delivery telephone confirmation with nothing to deliver...If it was so pathetic it would almost be funny.
