I ordered a washing machine. I scheduled a delivery. THREE DAYS in a roll I am told I have to reschedule. I am waiting today and my window is from 12-4pm. I get a call from a tech at 2pm saying that the washer was not there this morning and he should have called me sooner. He then says it's there now but doesn't think he can get back to have it delivered. I literally live 10 minutes from the store. I took time off work and waited for this delivery and now the best I get is "maybe". Then right after he calls I get an automated call to rescheudle but I cannot reschedule because the site says my order is in transit. If it is in transit how then can the tech say it's at the store? Is someone lying? I am stuck here on a Saturday missing time from work after being rescheduled 3 times for a simple washing machine that the store site says is IN STOCK! This is embarrassing and absolutely horrible customer service. I will be contacting the DIstrict manager tomorrow and making sure that I am heard by as many people as possible. Unacceptable and embarrassing. I can get the same item across the street at Sears for the same price.

That you for coming to our forum to share your experience, and I am very sorry that this washer delivery kept getting rescheduled. I also apologize for our delay in getting back to you on this. I looked at your work order and it looks like we did complete this washing machine delivery this last Saturday 7/15/2017. If you need anything specific from me please let me know.
